Hey So Cal Members,

Mike wanted me to post a link to invite the So Cal Monte peeps to the Riverside Show and Go May 1, 2, & 3. It's held right here in downtown Riverside. We've been to it many times as spectators but this will be the first time we've entered our Monte. Would love to make this a little Mini Meet! We could have everyone over to our house for a BBQ afterwards.

Here's the update on RARE MC:
#1 the car is an absolute ball to drive.
#2 it is way undertired.
#3 you wouldn't beleive what I found on top of the #2 intake valve. A 1" diameter sleeve that looks like it belongs in a steering column. I'm sure it doesn't belong in that port. Makes a horrible noise when it hits that valve just right. Funny it was in there for 500 miles with no problem. I think it might be something Russell dropped in there when he was two. He had a habit of doing stuff like that. Took me a week to find my keys once.
#4 gear vendors overdrive arrived and working on the install.
#5 May 1? Better get my [you said a naughty!] in gear.
